A Pittsburgh area entrepreneur is working to fulfill a life-long dream of offering cutting edge skin products through her own cosmetics company called Fluhme. Tiffany Fluhme hopes to enhance the appearance, self-esteem and lifestyle of women with her innovative products. Her interest in makeup and skin care started at a young age, inspired by her mother who was a cosmetologist.
Her natural beauty led her into a modeling and acting career in her teens, and she later worked as a physician's assistant for prominent plastic surgeons. She began providing makeup and makeovers to plastic surgery patients, and soon expanded her line by holding house parties where she demonstrated her techniques and products. Today, Fluhme's line is sold in 25 states. Her anti-aging skin care line has been described by customers as addictive because of the huge difference it makes in how nice skin looks.
